1- Grind it finely once or use the closed basket and lower the bar pressure from 9 to 12. All of them are excellent.
2- After adjusting the appropriate grind, believe me, it's delicious coffee.
The problems I faced were wasting a large amount of water while heating the device, but it's a very nice portable machine.
