It grinds strongly without issues. The nature of the cup tends towards heavy texture and balance in bitterness and acidity. The beautiful thing is that the heavy texture does not hide the slight variation in hints. The notes may sometimes have a slight resistance, but not in all cups. And the dosage cup, due to the magnet, affects the scale reading.

Impressed by how quickly i received it from the date they shipped it from china, had to be the most express shipping option to the eu. So far i’m making decent espresso using this with my cafelat robot. I believe the burrs still need to be seasoned more which will happen with usage. Very easy to take it apart to clean. My main issue is the mess it’s been making. Even with the sprayer to rdt the beans, i end up with grounds all around the front of the grinder and my counter space nearby. I don’t believe the “plasma generator” does anything. Hopefully this improves. The dosing cup doesn’t align well with the chute which contributes to the mess. One of the best things about the grinder compared to flat burr grinders like df64 i’ve owned in the past, is that this is really quiet even while it’s grinding coffee beans. I can’t say yet if i truly recommend this grinder or not. It’s filling a unique demand for a larger conical burr than the other electrical or hand grinders.
